After the fast
It is so nice to be able to exercise almost full strength again, even though sometimes I feel a little weak. Today I used Tracy Anderson Mat dvd, maybe tommorow I can do the Squeeze(carefully of course, because it is quite strong for me even when I am not after the fast)
Fun to eat again!
Yesterday I wrote my appreciation for my body, and I was able to get much deeper into it than ever before. When I type it, I will post it. I think fast definetely had something to do with it- my thoughts are easier to guide.
