General tao chicken

I really slipped this time, I ate a lot of cooked general tao chicken, this deep fried battered chicken soaked in sugar sauce. I felt so guilty afterward. This will never happened again.

Sorry to hear that... But hey, you can't make it undone anyway. Don't think about it anymore and go ahead!:) Well, my family and friends know me switching between raw and unraw...They did not say something this time, but last year when I stayed raw for a longer period and had lots of benefits I got MASSES of compliments!!

That I look so fresh and different, slim and shaped, that my hair has beautyfull grown and that I had stunning eyes and he(my roommate) had never noticed that before ) People asked me what I had done for this change. My brother comes home tomorrow, and I didnt see him for a long time... I am curious if he will ay something ;) .Well, my family is eating quite healthy but cooked. Since I have "gone" raw my mum eats MUCH more salads, greens and stuff...

My 2 sisters(and the one sisters roommate, and the other sisters faminly) became vegetarian through me. My mum tries to buy as much organic food as possible and she experiment a lot with alternative healing, himalaya salt and stuff... But I dont really thing that it was me who made them doing it...

When I lived on my own and was raw, I ate fresh fruits and veggies. Nothing else... When I ate cooked I binged on vegetarian junk... EVERYTHING I could get.. really not fun ;) But this time it feels so definite!! I DONT WANT TO CHANGE BACK! I DONT HAVE AAAANY CRAVINGS AND I FEEL SO STRONG AND I AM NOT LOOKING FOR THE END OF THE CHALLENGE... Something in my head turned completely... Lets look for reactions in about 3 month

Oh yes, generals chicken. One of my old cooked faves! Well, like PS says, can not undo it. Just let it go. Like A. Wigmore says "one meal does not define you". Just try to remember how it made you feel physically. Did you feel full and heartburnish after? This will help. Even the raw "sages" slip once in awhile. You are doing fantastic! Keep moving forward.
