what I notice..
I've noticed that I'd been sitting up straight, without even trying, since eating raw. I used to slouch over the keyboard everytime I'm on the computer and I had to correct my posture every few minutes to sit myself up straight. I realized I haven't corrected myself.
I haven't seen the difference, but bf mentioned yesterday that my teeth are whiter.
I wonder if it's all the calcium I'm been eating from the raw, green, leafy vegatables? I used to think I could only get calcium from milk and yogurt. This is another incentive to stay raw; I think I'm about 60% to 80% raw, by weight of the food. Will keep on aiming for 100%!!!
