Yet again, I fail -_-;

in these two weeks at my family's home... I gained the weight that I had lost, I went back to smoking, coffee, tea, meat... everything !

I'll try to get back on track but I may have lost my certinity that I'll ever make it

    Don't look at it as a failure, just a setback. Pick yourself up and start again - that's what I am doing.

    Nothing means failure as long as you remember it is time to return to what is good for you and that when you do you feel excitement and peace from it.
