A Little of This; A Little of That

The last 24 hours or so have been gruesome and for those who cry "TMI!!!!" I'd suggest you don't read further.
Wednesday morning I awakened about 3:50 to pain in my lower guts. I went to the restroom and had a relatively (for me) small bm. Didn't help the pain much. Went through gut pain all day. Lay in bed watching "America's Got Talent" and tapping. Himself made me some hot ginger tea which helped temporarily.
Late afternoon, did an enema. By this time, when I did go ~ which wasn't often ~ I was passing blood. The enema eased the pain some and I was able to doze.
Last evening I felt I had to vomit. Of course, there's nothing TO vomit so, dry heaves. We've probably done those a time or two and THEY HURT!
After that, the pain eased more ~ enough for me to sleep a few hours. Oh! I HAD to do it ~ I weighted myself and, of course, I'm down a bit more. Lowest I've been in quite some time although, I don't recommend this way to do it.
This morning, more pain, more blood, easier bm's "I allow myself to let go easily, freely, thoroughly and completely." It's 2:53 a.m. and I'm still here!
My plan for today, more tapping and green juices to assist the flow. Himself went out and got me some organic greens; my neighbor has a lemon tree hanging over the wall between our houses so, I'm good-to-go.
Updates when I feel to.
Update ~ after writing this, went back to bed; slept for a couple of more hours. I'm up; the pain is duller and I still feel as though I need to poop. Really feeling tired so, another day of rest methinks.
Addendum ~ what's really interesting about this is, when we're feeling as badly as I am now, we think it'll never end yet, when things go well, we "wait for the other shoe to drop" (whatever THAT means) and that we can't continue with the good times. We tend to be limited in allowing ourselves the good and thinking the "bad" will last forever. Never has before, so, not likely it'll happen now.
I was also thinking ~ no matter what this is, I'm treating the whole body, not the symptoms. What that means is, green juices w/lemon; enemas; cleansing; alkalinizing; resting and, whatever movement I can get myself to do.
