I'm fighting the junk food craving! by meditating, calling people I love, and eating healthier foods.
As much as I'd like to stop eating after 8 PM.... it's better to eat something good than to deprive myself, then burst into eating something unhealthy few days later!
I can do it
My primary target is 9 months.
