failure again
again... binge... then vomit... I'm realy in trouble.
The most important thing is not to quit so I wont quit. tomorrow is a new day.
My problem is the night time... how can I get through it??
Sleep... maybe....
sleep early..
I stay up late sometimes to 5 am.. yesterday I slept at about 2 am.
my husband is away these days, so I sit alone and I obsess about FOOD...
I realy want to get out of this...
I'm tired
