I'm fighting the junk food craving! by meditating, calling people I love, and eating healthier foods.

As much as I'd like to stop eating after 8 PM.... it's better to eat something good than to deprive myself, then burst into eating something unhealthy few days later!

I can do it

My primary target is 9 months.

    do you mean your target is to eat all raw for nine mos.? i think you're right about not depriving yourself. go slow and be patient with yourself. then it will feel more fun and not a chore. xox

    I don't want to go 100% raw for nine months, but at least to stop eating junk for 9 months, and eat at least 70% raw!
