until the night it was fine.
I had watermelon & salad in breakfast & lunch.
at night I was hungry but I just had some watermelon so I thought this is enough.
until I was alone in the room with these instant noodles in front of me (because my husband likes them)
I had some raw nuts... but still I wanted to have those noodles.
so I made myself some.
and had a few bites of the cheese sandwich my husband made himself later.
I promised myself not to be consumed by guilt so... it's ok.. it was delicious and I wanted it :)
from tomorrow I'll be back on track! :)
