until the night it was fine.

I had watermelon & salad in breakfast & lunch.

at night I was hungry but I just had some watermelon so I thought this is enough.

until I was alone in the room with these instant noodles in front of me (because my husband likes them)

I had some raw nuts... but still I wanted to have those noodles.

so I made myself some.

and had a few bites of the cheese sandwich my husband made himself later.

I promised myself not to be consumed by guilt so... it's ok.. it was delicious and I wanted it :)

from tomorrow I'll be back on track! :)

    thstd not bad, you do not have tohit rock bottom, you just have to start over and touch all that is raw and nutrious can not figure how to spell it but feeds the body easily and well. You know what I mean. today is a new day and it is all yours.

    That is good. Do not ever feel guilty. That just causes more problems in your head that spill out into everything else in your life. So you had some bites of something cooked. You had a great amount of raw, so you did great!

    Thank You for posting this. I am in the same boat after almost 2 years raw. I am just going to start over right now and not look back or beat myself up over it. I messed up for 3 days but no biggie it is fixable! I LOVE RAW!!! Kim
