A Little of This; A Little of That
O.k., I'm excited!
I've got a whole bunch of stuff going on and I don't REALLY need another revvellation BUT, I had one!
I've been playing around a bit with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) for a bit now on different issues I have and realized one thing many people, including myself, have a bit of difficulty with and that is food!
It's not necessarily the food itself being that food is fairly inert yet, it's about our habits, our pre-dispositions, the temptations that surround us, our feelings of being outcasts (or, wanting to belong) and SO much more!!!
Therefore, I've created a new program, tentatively called "Tapping Your Way to Your Ideal Weight". Currently, it'll be live and local, yet, my plan is to take it online after I work out the bugs a bit.
The idea is to find out what's stopping us from maintaining our food program and our resistance to being our ideal weight!
I'm so excited about this I can't sit still! Information will be up on my site soon.
In the meantime, I've been tapping on procrastination and boy, have I been getting things done! I scheduled all the folks for Let's Talk Raw for the month of July so I don't have to do them each week; I wrote up and scheduled all my Weekly Revvellations for the month of July so they'll go out automatically; I'm reading what needs to be read; studying what needs to be studied ~ in short, I've stopped procrastinating! Yowza!
I've got LOTS to do and been hitting upper limit after upper limit and now, I'm back on track and gotta go now! :)
