I've not been posting since I got back from Ronnie and Minh's. How sweet was that? We stayed at their farm... a cute little bungalow with bed, bath and kitchen, where, when we awakened, we'd see out the sliding glass doors, the tractor, the mountains, the shed.. so quaint and quiet.
We actually went there because Ronnie and I realized we both wanted to do something similar ~ me here, him in Las Vegas. While there, we changed our focus from a huge multi-speaker event to private retreats.
Right now I'm waiting for him to get back to me about what he wants to do and when. Whatever it is will be fun.
In the meantime, I'm doing something local ~ a "study" on using EFT (tapping) to eliminate excess weight; to assist in staying on a food program, etc. I'm only taking 10 people, meeting once weekly for up to 90 minutes. We'll go through the tapping procedure and find out what's stopping people from doing, being having what they want. Whatever they learn during this time will be translated into everything they do so it's going to be REALLY cool!
I'll be getting pics up of the farm on my personal blog ~ maybe today.
As far as how I'm doing, well, feeling good. Learned some things at Ronnie and Minh's. She's very simple in her creations yet, the food is mahvelous! We had spring/summer rolls, pizza!!!, "fried" rice and veggies, salad, oj and aloe every morning; mango smoothie mid-day... just a delight-filled time. I turned them on to my Vibram 5-finger shoes and they actually found a store in Mesquite that carried them! There's only one store in SoCal that carries them! Anyway, Minh purchased a pair.
Now at home, I'm making summer rolls. Not made pizza yet. Soon. Maybe today. Oh! What I did do that saves time is, grated carrots, jicama, beets, zucchini so when I want a salad, sort of like a salad bar, everything is ready for me. I just make enough for 2-3 days so it's fairly fresh. Not as good as making it in the moment yet, still better than other options which are always available here since He doesn't eat raw much.
Enough for now. Going to see if I can get myself to post pics on my blog and get that done.
By the way, if you're interested at all in the retreats which I'm thinking will begin in April, 2010, I'd suggest you sign up for my Weekly Revvellations. They're short and uplifting and anything I've got going on will be posted in them and it's an easy unsubscribe if you want.
Oh! What I AM doing! Sheesh! Besides the 4-week tapping for weight elimination ~ free ebook give-away plus free half-hour teleclasses. Info on that coming up VERY soon!
Laterzzzz!
