Raw Foods and the Law of Attraction! **
I am on an Abraham spree, and it is working!
First, as it relates to living foods.....
Over the past month I have decided to focus on the abundance of living plant foods that I ingest every day! (thank you plants for giving me your life to nourish my cells).
I have been raw for 12 years, but I have focused on what cooked foods I eat rather than on the healthy choices. As I focus on the cooked foods, often feeling guilty about it, that energized focus attracts MORE cooked choices, more feeling bad, etc. It is law!
So about a month ago I decided to visualize myself as the raw goddess I am, and to focus on the food choices that I feel good about. It is totally working (duh, it is law), and the better I eat the better I eat and the better I feel the better I feel!
I do notice the addictive nature of cooked foods though. Yesterday I prepared some baked french fries for Theo, and I ate a few. I noticed that the second I put one in my mouth I wanted anything cooked!!!! I believe it is a physiological addiction. I felt it in my body - not in my mind. I used my mind to say - ok, at least stay vegan, so I had a few graham crackers and cooked hummus with flax crackers. No ill effects, as I had already imbibed the BEST SOUP EVER for lunch......

YUM!!
This morning, I have just finished imbibing A "Chocolate Peanut Butter Dream Shake"
which of course does not include chocolate, or peanut butter!
but it does have....
cacao
maca
coco water
coco butter
lecithin
hemp seeds
agave - dark and light
2 spoons really raw almond butter
sea salt
ice
yum yum yum....amazing!
yes, I have been viewing the cacao debates on u-tube, but I like cacao. It is my anti-depressant along with greens, and it works! One step at a time, one day at a time...:)
