Low Fat Raw Organic Vegan

I've been practicing and working towards more a low-fat way of eating. I would do good for a few days and then eat fat. But, I finally hit a place after having coffee for 2 weeks and chocolate for a few days and I felt like *Sh*t* where I had another ephifany and thought "I wonder how I would "FEEL" if I could go 21 days. Now, 1st I thought 7 but, that's not enough and it takes 21 days to create a habit. So, here I am on day 5 doing well I would say. The 1st few days I allowed black tea to assist the detox from coffee but, no chocolate or sugar other then fruit. I am still a little tired as my body moves through this detox but, I am hopeful that it will improve my vitality, energy, and health of course. Along with removing my occasional anxiety and irritability.

I'm blogging about it here http://jenifae.blogspot.com in a general way and journaling more thoroughly in a written journal.

I haven't read too much on the forum. It's all too much to read actually and even though I'm doing that less I"m still on the puter waaaaaaay too much.

I am wishing everyone is well. :)

    Hey Knitster,

So far so good. I"m on day 6 and have been losing weight. You can't really do a no-fat diet unless you only eat veggies and even some veggies have fat. No, I'm doing low-fat. I was going to do no overt fats but, I have had a 1/2 avocado 1 day or some coconut another but, no nuts, no coffee, no chocolate, 100% raw

I'm not at these forums much at all anymore but am still following your blog since I didn't want to lose contact. It sounds like you're doing wonderfully well! Congratulations!

Hi! I hope you are still doing well :)
I'm still on the same roller coaster as you. The last two weeks have been rough for me, but today I'm feeling super motivated to get back on track.
    hugs to you!!!

    Hey RC,

This weekend was about more "Research & Development" as my DH likes to call it and I do too, now. It's a positive way of looking at my transition and process rather then beating myself up for not being perfect. Can ya relate? ;) hehe I feel more and more empowered as I go when I chose to look at things differently.

Currently, I got "The Live Food Factor" book and it's an overwhelming novel. I have too many books I can't seem to read or finish. I spend too much time on the computer and it takes me so long to read. I should've taken that speed reading class. LOL!
