Is it OK to lose weight so fast?

Rate this Entry
Yesterday I had:

breakfast: fruit salad (melons, grapes, dates, apple, grape fruit)

lunch: *fruits (banana, oranges, dates)
* salad (cucumber, zukkini, tomato, carrots, mushroom, cabbage, pepper)

snack: cashews

dinner: fruit (melon, banana) & some cucumber

too much sugar? I don't know

I'm thinking maybe I should eat only watermelon today. just because I love it actually... but I read a comment here that a mono fruit diet is good for detox and to get rid of IBS.

my hight is: 156 cm, my weight when I started was 74.

My goal weight is 46 kg. I still have 26 kgs to lose!

I lost 2 kgs already... in less than a week!! I'm very happy... but also worried...

Is this normal??

A pound a day for the first week or two could be considered normal. :)

I will have been doing this for 2 weeks on Saturday....lost 9 lbs the first week! Don't know how that translates to metric, but it's a lot! I'm sure it will slow down soon...
