EASY day...Woke up SOOO tired but gained a ton of positive energy over the day. For breakfast I had my muslix with 1/2 c of soy milk. I had an apple for a snack and a salad with marinated veggies (in Braggs and cajun seasoning) for lunch. I also tried to have a banana but it was too green and that got thrown out. For a snack I had grapes. When I got home I took my beloved puppy Ronin out for a 1.25 hr walk and had a glorious muddy dog to clean when I got home. Then I had a nice hot cleansing (spiritually)shower and invited a friend up for the evening. For Dinner I had another salad of cabbage, veggies and a few squares of marinated tofu. Wasn't even really hungry for it but figured I needed food (old habits die hard).

Weighed myself the morning of day 6 - 114.2 (down from day 1, can't remember how much. I think it's a pound). ;)
