A Little of This; A Little of That
Fat to Fit, 6/17
Keeping it short as I've got a busy day between teleclasses, clients and a speaking engagement this evening.
Yesterday ~ over 15,000 steps which equals about 6 miles; took a hot bath with peppermint/spearmmint/eucalyptus oils for soreness. This morning ~ SORE!
Going to do some body weight training today. Not sure what else ~ clubs, ball, bag... I'll know when I get to it.
I'll probably walk to the produce market and get some more greens. I'm enjoying wraps although yesterday I had very large salad for breakfast, about 2 - 3 pounds of cherries during the day and maybe 5 teaspoons of strawberry pie in the evening (hmmm ~ may have had a couple of spoonfuls earlier). Got on the scale this morning and down another pound. FINALLY!
I'm continuing to get fitter which is GREAT since that's what I'm focused on. The weight elimination is definitely a bonus!
