A Little of This; A Little of That

Fit or Fat, Friday, June 12

Rate this Entry
After 13 days since I got Ped, I've averaged about 6,500 steps a day. Not bad considering I actually didn't wear her for 2 or 3 days at and after RSF and I walked quite a bit while there.

Anyway, been really tired since coming home. Going to sleep at my usual time but getting up about 1 1/2-2 hours later than usual and not wanting to train. Maybe that's the problem, not training, or, not enough fluid although my urine is looking good. Too many avos and olives maybe?

Was missing fruit yesterday so Himself and I went shopping. Picked up about 15 #'s of cherries and some blueberries. Already had almost 1# of cherries for breaky; blueberries next.

Been making wraps with Romaine and red lettuces, carrot, avo, cukes and tomatoes w/ olives on the side. Seems I'm craving fats now but, they seem to be what's making me sleepy ~ I think. Dunno for sure.

It's raining today yet, I think I'll put my rain gear on and get out walking in it. Since RSF, I just want to be outside breathing fresh air.

That's it for now.

Mmmm... I love cherries. Think I'll pick some up this weekend.

I'm loving my ped. now that I've gotten in the groove. After 7 days I'm averaging about 12,000 steps a day. I'm hoping to get that WAY up now that summer is in full swing.

Have fun walking in the rain. I LOVE doing that.

Oh what a lovely thing walking in the rain is! I used to take DD out each season to buy "puddle jumping shoes" so we could have fun splashing about in all of the wonderful puddles. I love the way it smells during and after a rain! Especially if you are anywhere near pine trees. We actually have a couple in the front yard.

Had a pound of cherries for breakfast day before yesterday. Wasn't planning on it, I just didn't stop eating them!

I LOVE the Fit or Fat Friday idea! I think I will call each Friday that and use it as a prompter to think of more fit things I can do for the following week.

    Thank you Revvell! You Rawk!
