A total Fruitarian DAY!!!!

Rate this Entry
To begin with, I want to say that I am totally committed to a 100% RAW June and beyond!!!! And, I got on the treadmill for 20 minutes today!!!! I would have done more, but I'm so tired cuz I had to work another all Nighter RED eye flight and I'm a little "beat down" today!

I began the day with Green Smoothie (Spinach, H2O, Banana, Mango), also ate a Mango, Two Bananas, 3 Strawberries, and for lunch I just had a piece of Watermelon==I finally found one that is SWEET!!!!! YEPPPIEEEE!!!!!
I guess I'm have a Fruitarian DAY!!!!

Hey, is it possible to eat too much fruit in a single day? I guess I have to watch out for the natural occurring sugar, right? I know that there are people out there who only consume fruit, but they must balance it with veggies...right? Hummmm....I'll put the ? on the forum and see what kind of response I get on it.... :)

There's that spunky little Renee again - just rawkin' up a storm! Can't answer your question about fruit. Sorry sweetie, but I know that there are some here who had diabetes and eat tons of fruit and are fine. I forget who they were. If I find them, I'll let you know. Way to go - working out! Yay for you.

    Lots of love,
    Sue.

No way baby, you can never have to much fruit in my book. :::giggles:::

Actually, I think you CAN eat too much fruit but it would likely have to be over a long period of time. I've gotten on major fruit kicks before but my body always tells me when it wants something else. When I start dreaming about kale salad or spinach dip I know it's time to incorporate something other than fruit. :)

Hey Nee', Good for you! You can eat lots of FRUIT! Fruit is Good for us. It is our natural state to eat "mostly" Fruit and Dark Green Leafy Veggies. The thing with fruit is - is if you eat a high fat diet the fat will block the glucose from going into cells and that's when you can have too much glucose in the blood. So, keep your fat intake Low! :)
