June 1-Day 1
Well, I 'm here again. Having a very difficult time in life. Been this way for 2 years and am at bottom ready to change it. Lots of issues not just food. For today, I will be nice to myself. No negative self talk. Eat food that is GOOD for me. Not food to sedate my feelings. Small steps to begin with. Since I am usually an all or nothing person. I am taking time off work soon in order to take care of myself. Not looking forward to it financially, but I know that I need it. And it's best for my kids also. :) This morning I'm gonna have some mangoes, which are my fav fruit ever! I think I'll juice after that and go from there. I'll check in later with my food diary! :)
