This morning I got up early ~ a bit too early to get up into the mountains. When I drove up there, it was just before 5 a.m. and, knowing there has been sightings of mountain lions AND it was still dark up there, figured I'd just go ahead and walk the neighborhood around the area, which I did.
I can't WAIT for my pedometer to arrive today as I am embarking on the 10,000 steps a day thing ~ well, when I can do that many. I'll be at Raw Spirit Festival starting Wed. p.m. so, don't know the situation there but thinking I can probably still do it. I'm bringing my clubs and my mace so I'll still get some good workouts in.
Anyway, I did get in a really good walk since it's near the mountains and so, I was walking up and down hills getting some good leg strengthening in.
Oh! I'm so excited! I'm building a website where I'll be posting all kinds of information on movement. It will include movement at one's desk which is very important; how to walk and get the best out of it, body weight movements and movements with clubs, kb's, mace and SO much more!!!
Enough for now! Need to get out and do some training with the Bulgarian Training Bag and then make a 1/2 gallon of smoozie.
