Lost in space
My first post that is... I must have hit preview instead of post.
So just the basics.
1. green smoothie
2. small avocado spooned right out of the skin
3. 6 dried apricots and an ounce of cashews before my trail run
4. Salad with romaine and a variety of vegetables. Pineapple, strawberry, banana raw sorbet.
Less tea than yesterday :)
Went shopping and got the ingredients to make some simple recipes from Alissa's book.
