Avocado Experiment and Blogging categories???
Today I took a small ripe avocado to work. I had my normal green smoothie at 11:00 and then when I got hungry again I pulled out my avocado cut it in half and spooned it out like pudding. I really enjoyed it!
Then around 4pm I was hungry again so I had a small banana and two tiny apples.
For dinner I had a large salad with organic romaine, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red pepper. Light dressing of bragg's apple cider vinegar and olive oil.
I think having the avocado earlier in the day was a good thing because I am much more satisfied than I normally would be and am not fighting cravings.
I had black tea today but even less than yesterday and weaker as well. Tomorrow I'll cut back a little more. I go through horrible detox when I eliminate it completely. I'm planning on dealing with that next weekend.
Yes, what kind of idiot knows that they go through horrible detox and still goes back to an addiction? Apparently this idiot.![]()
Tonight I did the Tracy Anderson Post Pregnancy mat workout. I'm loving it even though I've been post-partum for 23 years.
I'm trying to figure out what the blog categories are all about. I haven't checked any because I'm afraid of checking the wrong one. If you see this and can explain it I'd appreciate it greatly.
