I am releasing the need to "Not Eat FAT"!
I am a "Low-Fat Raw-Vegan"!
So, My plan is continue to a Low-Fat Raw-Vegan Diet and release the Focus on Fat!
BTW, I have been 100% Raw since, the Spring Cleanse!
Here's what I've noticed; the more I am Focused on not eating Fat, the more I am thinking about not eating fat, until I do eat it and then I eat more then what my body needs. I haven't really eaten a ton or even binge. But, let's face it. Fat is high in Calories and isn't used immediately by the body, Carbs are. So, I'm keeping it Low-fat with coconut and avocado's and keeping away from nuts for right now.
I think this i more sensible and flexible! :)
I've been working out everyday, too. SO, I'm off to enjoy this Beautiful Day, Work out, and go Work/Play with Horses!
