Fighting the Fat Back........
Today, I was able to follow through with my plan of No-Fat! I wanted it to be a Fruit only day but, this evening I felt shaky so, I did pull out the spinach and ate a several bites.
Today's Food
B: 1 bowl about 2 cups HOneydew Melon
L: Tropical Smoothie: Coconut Water, 2 Bananas, 1 1/2 cups Pineapple, 1 Mango, 1 Orange. Drank most - Hubby drank about a 1/4 of it. Also, had about 4-6 cups of Strawberries.
D: 2 cups Watermelon
S: 1 cup Spinach, 1 small apple
