Yesterday, went really well. I only did fruit, fruit smoothie, and a big salad. I uncooked making "Crusty Cauliflower, Cheesy Kale Chips, & Veggie Chips" Popped them in the Dehydrator and went to the women's mtg and there was 2 BD's and I did not have any cake nor did I want any. It didn't even look attractive.
Today, on the other hand turned into a FAT FEAST!
Why I felt it neccessary to make Nut Based and Oil Based recipes got me? I have been pondering selling "Raw Treats" but, after talking with a friend and all that it could entail I'm not as excited about it. It seems way too much. I think it's best to keep building my clientele in my consultanting business. Anyhow, back to the Fat Attack. I have been very clear about being on a low-fat diet now and feeling REALLY Good! However, I woke up tired for some reason unknown to me. So, that started my day and I took a taste of each one. The best were actually the veggie chips I actually created. Very simple, oil, acv, salt and pepper. Way too oily. I put the oil and salt and pepper all together and then put the zuchinni, yellow squash, and carrots in it. Hummmm. Anyway, I took a taste of each and walked away and then came back took more of a taste of the veggie chips. I ended up eating later in the afternoon 1/2 the crusty cauliflower and 1/4 of the veggie chips and only 2 kale bites.
So, I then I felt really heavy and tired all day. Tonite I thought I would calculate the calories in those recipes. Wanna know?
