This week was a long one. I started my temp job on Monday. The people are nice and the work is doable. The first several days was filled with busy work like cleaning out file drawers and stuffing envelopes. It is a large financial organization so not all of my security clearances have been cleared yet, once I am all set up I should have more things to do.

This week I have had hardly any time for myself and my family is pissing me off. It is like they are brain dead or something. I am working now 40 hours a week at a job and they still expect me to do everything for them. Atleast my husband helped with some of the house work today. My brother is suppose to cook for the kids during the week and that is not happening, sleeping and doing things for his girlfriend is more important. I am waiting to see how long it is going to take him to mow the lawn (he mowed her lawn last week). Chances are I am going to have to do it for Dad's house just like last year. Dad has dissappeared again and who knows when he will be back. Both of my neices are still acting out - now they take turns trying to get away with stuff.

I did not fit much excercise in this week - a half hour at home is about all I could fit in. Well I guess I could also count file boxes I was lifting and moving at work.

Food choices for this week were good and I have worked my way up to salad.

Breakfast:
Smoothie with banana's, young coconut and maca that equal about 4 cups.

Lunch:
garden salad with 1 head of romaine, cucumbers, tomato, carrots.

Snack:
orange juice or a green juice. I have also been doing a few wheatgrass shots from Jamba juice.

Dinner:
4 cups of some kind of green juice depending on what veggies are in the fridge.

Just about every day this week I have been so exhausted when I get home I really do not want to eat so the green juice is a nice pick me up.

Hopefully next week I will have more energy and be used to working full time and running both houses. It is like I have 3 jobs now but only get paid for one. Atleast I am getting out of the house and not sitting around feeling horrible.

That's great your working. I know that must be somewhat of a relief for you.

I hope things get better with those girls. :eeks: Teenagers can be difficult to begin with without the other factors going on.

    I'm thinking about ya.

Great news you got the job! It will be tough getting used to the 40 hour week, especially on top of everything else. Could be that as long as you continue to pick up the pieces for your relatives, they will let you.

Your eating very healthy. Keep taking good care of yourself. You are a valuble asset. :)
