This is Today's Horoscope. I thought it was quite on the mark. ;)

Your horoscope for April 14, 2009

If there is an emotional issue that is bringing you down, Jennifer, make sure you find healthy ways to relieve the situation. Overeating or drinking will not solve the problem. This will only mask your difficulties and make them much harder to deal with in the future. It is time to pull yourself out of the rut and add a fresh new breath of life to the situation. You have a great deal of love to share with the world.

Today I am planning on anther Great Smoothie day. I even had a Smoothie for Breakfast. Coconut water & Meat, Strawberries and Banana's. Made a huge amount so, I'll use that base for later and ADD Greens for Lunch. It was Yummy by the way. :P
