Oh boy...so many changes!
Please, everyone join me as we stand and clap for myself(I'm clapping too!)
I HAVE OFFICIALLY GIVEN WHEAT THE BOOT!

Goddamn, wheat is such a pain in the A! It is super delicious, but super harmful to my body. I wanted to get allergy tested to make sure I would stay away from it, but my doctor said my symptoms were pretty much the allergy and I know I won't go back ANYWAY. The last bread item I ate was Saturday the 4th and I felt horribly bloated the next day. I said "THAT'S IT! NO MORE!" and I told my boyfriend, and I told my parents.
I feel so good eating gluten free(still eating some cooked). My coworker, Dr. Potts, even mentioned that my face looked brighter this past week. I've also been eating more salads. Just need to find a RAW 1000 Island dressing...
(I remember back in the day, rawpriestess would say that she loved Bragg's so much she could lick it off walls...that's how I feel with 1000 island! yum yum!)
Did I tell you I had a horrible experience at Cafe Gratitude last Tuesday? Awful awful service
But, we ordered two chai mylkshakes and have them in the freezer waiting for a special day next week! I'm über excited! yummmm!!
Oh, I finally am going to buy a dehydrator! I'll be having a few extra moneys and am finally going to get my Good4U!
I have made a decision to do 100% raw food starting May 1st and will do it all month! I told this to Chris and he said he would join me if we could get a BlendTec :) as nice as that sounds, it's a littttle out of our budget. But, we'll see...
I'm really excited, I picked a bunch of simple recipes from different books (thank goodness I've been buying raw food books for almost 4 years now! I've got quite the collection..)
I'm actually going to plan meals out and stuff and do it right this time. I'll be doing a lot of raw right now, anyway. But in May, I'll be doing the challenge. We're incredibly poor right now, so we're making do with what we have in the apartment.
I've been exercising and stuff and I'm down to 128.5 lbs! I have NEVER been this skinny! It feels so good to be skinny...wow...I never knew
