Day 106

Rate this Entry
I had it all planned out, get the housework done yesterday and leave the house early this morning for an all day hike. :::sigh:::

Yesterday I successfully got nothing done around the house. I went for a 4 mile walk around the neighborhood but didn't do any cleaning. That was okay though, I was going to get up at 5am, marathon clean the major spots and then leave for my hike. However, I was up at 2am expelling the nastiest muck ever. I spent a total of 2 straight hours in the bathroom. When I finally got up I was still feeling iffy and like I should water fast for the day. So... home I stay. I can't go on an all day hike tomorrow since DS is coming home and I'll need to be here when they arrive. Can't go Wednesday because I have a lunch date with my grand-mom. Friday I'm planning to spend the day shopping at the mall. Well, maybe Thursday DS and I can hike together. Honestly, I'm pretty bummed.

So, while I'm stuck here at home I decided to do some reading, take a hot 60 min. epsom salt/baking soda bath (in which I fell asleep) while drinking a young Thai coocnut, watch a couple of DVR'd shows and get the house cleaned. I still need to write Nick's letter of recommendation too :::screams and bangs head on desk:::

I'm also still suffering from a really, REALLY sore back, knee and lungs after jumping on that cheapie trampoline that DH bought me a couple of weeks ago. Nearly everything I do (including breathing) causes excruciating muscle pain in my back. Walking down the stairs or trying to lightly rebound buckles my left knee and sends spasms of pain throughout my lower back. Any remedies for healing?
