I just made the BEST Green Smoothie EVER!
So, far I am having a Very Good Day! 
I had a small Cantelope for Breakfast at 10am.
Then, I worked out. Then, I did my Horse Chores and Trimmed Miss Bridget's Back Feet. (That's a Work OUt)
For Lunch at 3pm I just made the Best Green Smoothie I've ever ever made. WOW! and had some additional Strawberries.
Okay okay - I'll tell ya.
It was:
1 cup of Coconut Water
1 basket of Strawberries
1 large Banana
1/2 the meat the Coconut
Big Handful of Spinach
Handful of Red Chard
OMG!
Yummers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll have to make that one again.
I'll keep ya posted about the rest of today.

I went to my clients and felt hungry but, I didn't stop and eat. I drank water and tea.
Afterwards I went to the store for greens. I got coconuts, spinach, red chard, apples, mangos, grapes.
I got a dish of fresh fruit; pineapple, watermelon, strawberries, cantelope and a plum. I ate it all on the way home at 8pm. Along with some dried fruit and had a few pieces. I know........I shouldn't have done that.
But, No nuts - No fat! :)
So, I got home and ate a few strawberries and an apple.
Is that too much Fruit? Tomorrow I want to work on mostly Green Smoothies and less fruit in between and less eating/chewing.
