:) I'm doing so much better eating raw these days. I do have a couple...non raw items a day, but most of every meal is completely raw. I'm loving this.
Breakfast- dates with coconut
Lunch- one egg with onion, red & green peppers, slice of provolone on a 100% whole wheat bagel
(not raw, but chocked full of veggies)
followed by half a pineapple
Dinner- carrots & celery with bluecheese/ plain yogurt dip
avocado & tomatoes with sea salt & cracked pepper
Lots more veggies! Much, much better....and I feel great too! Welcome to spring!
