Day 100

Rate this Entry
We've hit triple-digits, baby! Day 100! I celebrated first thing after DS9 left for school by taking a long hot epsom salt bath. I actually fell asleep in there for a little while.

Okay, I'm seriously tired and sore this morning. My head and neck are all swimmy and I feel like I could pass out and sleep for a year. I first woke up at 4am though and was wide awake. I should have gotten up then but instead I got back under the covers and forced myself to sleep 2 hrs. longer. Now I feel like crap. I need to start listening to my body better when it comes to sleep and waking.

It rained all day yesterday so I didn't get the garlic planted. I think it's supposed to be nice today though so maybe I'll try again.

Not sure if I'm going to exercise today or not. I'm SO sore from using the new indoor rebounder yesterday as well as from oversleeping. I finally told DH to just return the rebounder. I just don't feel safe on it. The legs don't tighten very well, the jumping surface is very small and EXTREMELY tight and it's wobbly. After only 10 min. on it my back was KILLING me. I ended up stopping and just jumping on the large outdoor one when it finally stopped raining. We're going to look around for a better one this weekend and if we can't find one then I guess I'll order the Urban online.

As for housework, I need to get the laundry ironed and put away today and then I'm pretty much set. I got a lot done yesterday. I'm thinking I'll watch I, Claudius while I iron.

Exercise today:

Food today:

2 oranges
banana
small mixed green salad (arugula, green & red leaf lettuce, spinach & chives all from the garden) w/cherry tomatoes & cashew sour cream
mango

oo la la, you are stylin'. (Sorry, I often slip into old vocabulary-lol)

I have watched you from afar and though I don't post much on your blog, I am always reading your recipes and checking out how you're doing. Truly an inspiration to us.

    Happy Anniversary!
