i am doing something today, which i suppose is a type of transition as it is mostly raw with a few exceptions.
i chose these exceptions because these are the few items that i would eat on raw, and then say "OOps i messed up! F** the whole thing". If these are included for me, i think i will be more likely to stay the course and avoid see-sawing like i have been. we'll see how it goes.
ie - i really like black tea, earl grey, so i am having some! it is organic!
of course there is a voice in my head saying - you are an addict! but we will see how it goes with these few extra items included with raw. if it did work it would be 95% or more raw anyway, and super healthy. let's see if i can swing it and not obsess!
