Happy Saturday, everyone!
Yesterday was a great day. It was busy so I didn't have time to write much but it was great. Man, I've been feeling so good the past few days. In the afternoon Nick (the guy I work with) asked me to send him some healthier eating tips along with some simple Raw Vegan recipes. I did that as soon as I got home. It was fun compiling all of those recipes, deciding which ones I thought he would like and all that. He asked me a ton of questions about Raw and how I came to be a Raw Vegan too. I told him I loved talking about it because it gave me a chance to get my geek on. 
After work this afternoon DH is going to the farmer's market for me. I hate not going myself because I always feel like I'm forgetting something when I write the list. I seem to have a lot of food leftover from last week though so I don't think we need much. What I really, REALLY want is oranges. If I have nothing but oranges and bananas this week I'll be happy. I'm also getting the stuff to make that wicked awesome watermelon "cake" for my birthday on Friday too.
Then, this evening DS9 has his first baseball game of the season. It's been raining so much lately I'll bet those fields will be a MESS. The in-laws are coming up and possibly my parents too. I need to take a little food with me since it'll be right around dinner time.
So, I lost another pound this morning, which means I'm down to 154. :::YAY::: I just might make 150 by Friday after all. I thought for sure I wouldn't have lost anything since I didn't exercise at all (though I did walk a lot at work). Looking at what I ate though, it wasn't a whole lot. I just wasn't all that hungry though.
When I got home last night DH had surprised me with a new rebounder. It's a Nordic Track though and it just doesn't feel comfortable. I'm going to try a typical workout on it today and, if it's still as uncomfortable I'm going to have him take it back and order the Urban. I hate to do that because he tried so hard to make it a special gift and gave it to me a week early just so I could have it. It's of the same quality as the one I just broke through and I'm afraid I'll bust it just as easily and that will be $50 down the drain. I told him how appreciative and surprised I was though.
