dhal all gone
So all raw today
Yesterday was strawberry smoothie, dhal and rice, a few grapes salad and the sweet potatoe pie and lots of fluid
Today will be smoothie with superfoods. I will make some moreflax seed crackers but they won't be done til tonight
Another salad and maybe butternut squash soup - based of juliano's but tweaked as I don't have all of those oranges and munching on grapes and maybe the odd carrot
