I also went for a 5 mile walk - I have avoided exercise this week but have still lost weight now I will bring that back in - planning to cycle today definately 22 miles but if I am feeling good at the 10 mile mark will do 40 depends if the increased peeing continues I think it should calm down by now
I am keeping the small cooked meal in for now - I have loaded it with tumeric which I am told is useful in detox. Once this batch has gone (a couple left) I will take that out as well and look to be more adventurous
