Yoga to start my day

I just finished 20 minutes of yoga. It was so great! I feel good having stretched my muscles. I love yoga. It gives me such a peaceful feeling.
It was from a DVD that my husband got for us. There's yoga, martial arts, and meditation on it. I was going to do the whole thing but I'm out of shape and just happy that I did the yoga. lol Soon, if I do this daily or every other day, I'll be able to do the whole workout.
Now I'm off to have some breakfast. :)
