I need to find ways to STAY raw
March has been a month of ups and downs. I've stayed vegetarian with the exception of a few fish meals, and have even had 100% or 75% raw days... a bunch of them. But I haven't been consistent and I'm finding it difficult.
I have a lot of pasta/grains packages in my pantry that I've accumulated over a long time. I think I'm going to put them up out of reach in my cabinets so that they aren't an immediate option.
So I've got to formulate some strategies for staying raw. The fresh homemade apple juice is the best thing in the world. So delicious. I love the little raft of particulates and foam that rises to the top when the glass sits there for a few minutes.
I also made delicious carrot-ginger dressing to have with my salads. So good! Once I go back to work it should be easier... spring break has kept me really free form and kind of bored... so it's been hard not to snack of sad stuff.
We'll see how it goes... a new start today.
