I feel so good tonight. We had tomato bowls for dinner. Frankie put French dressing on his. *shrugs* I like mine as is. I think it tastes better to NOT add a dressing. Though I might try making a dressing tomorrow.

I just feel really good. After eating dinner I felt so satisfied. I know I'm full but I don't feel stuffed. My stomach doesn't hurt from overeating.

Since starting raw (this time) I realized that I'm not eating as much as I used to. Mostly because I'm just not as hungry. I'm basically eating when hungry.

I think I'll see about making some crackers tomorrow. I think I have the stuff to make something. I wonder if I can remember the recipe I used years ago... The crackers were so good that you didn't need to put anything on them. Well, I'll experiment. lol

I also find that I'm able to see my food differently. It's no longer just something to eat. It's more than that. I'm intuitively seeing a balance when I'm debating on what to eat.

For example, I've been eating a lot of dishes with a lot of nuts in them but little veggies. Tonight I just didn't want anything with nuts so I made the tomato bowls which are loaded with veggies. Then it dawned on me, I had eaten a bit too much with the nuts and my body needed and wanted veggies instead. I've never done that before.

I think this time I'll be successful in staying raw. I just don't want cooked food. *shrugs* I see no need for it. What I'm eating now is way better. :)

    I feel best when I am eating very little nuts. I've heard the same thing from lots of people here too.
