I feel like I'm starting to come out of my lapse. I really do feel and think that "Dairy" "Ice Cream" the other day messed me up hormonely for one and sent me on an emotional downward spiral. I'm really grateful for this awareness and for the experience because, I it allowed me to reflect to my childhood and see how I had the same feelings and reactions from Milk. So, interesting.
I think all this is bringing me closer to who I am. When I was a kid I did not like any meat and was forced to get used to it. Not sure about the dairy but, the meat....yes! I think intuitively as a child I knew I was Vegan without knowing that or even what that was. Hehe! I feel I'm coming home to this.
I have been home the last few days and that really helps me to stay Raw. No temptations but, raw ones. ;) Speaking of I made my first Cashew based ice cream. Chocolate/Chocolate chip. Oh My Goodness. I think it's gonna be a fattening Winner! :)
I think the reason why I can't drop down my weight is I eat too much fat and I also eat more then I used to. So, I'm not stressing over it right now but, I think I'd like to try another Green Smoothie and Juice fast next week. I did good the one time I did it with Knitster because, I prepared way in advance. So, I am starting to prepare myself mentally and emotionally for this. I will do 3 days and shoot for 7. Sounds doeable to me. ;) I haven't picked a day yet but, it will be in the middle to the end of the week.

I also have been on a Colon/Parasite Cleanse for almost 2 months of a 3 month cycle and I've been taking a clove of garlic daily for over a week now and I found some mucus in my poo tonite (which I've been eliminating alot this week) but, I also saw a thin, long white thing. I have never seen anything like that before. I was wondering if it was a parasite. I posted about it in the living section to see if anyone might know. I don't.
Todays Food:
B: 1/2 Honeydew melon
S: 1 Banana
L: Spinach leaves with Broccoli salad on top and Pineapple around the edges on a small plate.
1/2 Carrot/Orange Cake Mini Loaf
S: 5-6 Large Strawberries
S: 1/2 RawVolution Bar
Handful of Cinnamon Almonds
S: 1/2 Grapefruit and sampling chocolate/chocolate chip ice cream. I hope I can sleep.
