Right so yesterday I ate
Chocolate smoothie - basically avocado and banana with cacoa powder and maca and spirulina
A few pieces of flax crackers
About three of the strawberry biscuits
carrot and baby sweetcorn dipped in the nut pate
a few grapes
A pear
A very small portion of lentil Dhal with rice - not raw but the portion was tiny compared to what I used to eat
Drank loads of fluid
Got on the scales this morning as I am peeing alot - a usual fluid release detox sign to me - 4 pounds gone since Tuesday
Today
Mango smoothie (with spirulline, maca and purple corn powder)
Handful of courgette crisps (chips)
few flax seed crackers
The rest of the Dhal with some rice - again tiny portion
Couple of carrots
Couple of strawberry biscuits
A small pear
Juice - carrot, beet, apple and parsnip
Salad for later on
Now today just after the smoothie and the juice my tongue got abit sore - like it had reacted, I have never had that before. It was worse after the smoothie I could feel it at the back of my mouth as well
