No work, no school today! Yay!!!!!
I slept in a bit this morning, which felt nice. When I got up I read some more in Alissa's book. It's been awhile since I read it so I thought I'd go through it again. These days I don't have a ton of time to sit down and read books from cover to cover but the format of Living on Live Food is just perfect for taking it in small chunks.
Later I decided to bring the rebounder up out of the workout room and into the living room. I then proceeded to bounce away for an HOUR. In the past I've only been able to do a few MINUTES at a time before getting tired, bored, dizzy or sore knees. I watched a video yesterday on pronating, which I think really helped me get my bouncing just right. It's just amazing how much FUN I had. I'm definitely going to add this to my weekly routine.
