I downloaded the link of Paul Nison that Rawchic posted in order to hear it.
What I find very interesting is when I reflect back to when I am feeling good and in control of myself I am usually eating exactly like this. I usually eat only twice a day and never at night except maybe a piece of fruit.
Another thing I am finding interesting is the harder I try the harder it is. So, I am letting go (or should I say in the process of) and letting my body start to communicate to me. Thus, "Intuitive Eating"! I am going to continue to Observe Myself rather then Criticize myself and star allowing my body and my mind to Just BE! I'm tired of the struggle of Perfection and the Desire to Control. Once again they do not serve me well.
Trying to Remember my Affirmations and Postive Thinking and Being One with the Universe and All that is and that Includes Food.
I've been working on cleaning out my closet and going through all my stuff and guess what I found? Lots of stuff...hehehe... but, most curious tons of journal starting in 1987. Guess what I was talking about? One guess! You got it...........Weight, Food, Body Image! Ha - Imagine that! I have spent a lifetime - Worrying about Being/Getting Fat, what I ate, what I didn't eat, what I'm going to eat or not eat, etc. I'm closing in on 50 y/o - you'd think I'd be done with this by now. I am soooooooooooo much better then I was then. Believe me but, I want to contiue to get better and better!
So, I continue my journey.
Yesterday, I made Raw Creations!
