Eating Light...feeling GREAT -- II --

UPDATE: I HAD TO COPY THIS POST AND RE-DO IT SO THAT I COULD POST THE PHOTO OF THE FRENCH TOAST...THIS IS ONE OF THE ***BEST*** RAW DISHES I HAVE TASTED!!!! IT'S SOOOOOOO GOOD!!!! :)
Yesterday I ate pretty simply. I killed almost an entire box of Clementines!!! I just couldn't stop eating them! I think my body was craving Vitamin C or something! I also had leftover Suchi Rolls and some nuts, but that's just about it.
Oh, I made a GREAT homemade trail mix of: Dehydrated Apples, Pears, and Bananas, with Raisons, Cashews, Almonds, Sunflower and Pumpkin Seeds....YUM!!!
Since I had to cook for my family, I tried to make something simple that I didn't have to stand over the stove smelling and sampling... so, I just threw some stuff in the crock pot and left the kitchen!!! I did taste the broth to make sure I had seasoned it right, but I did not eat any of it! I'm feeling SOOOO good being RAW and I'm not trying to do anything to mess that up this time! I really want to see some more changes this month, so I'm sticking to RAW as best as I can.
Today I'm gonna take my Organic Spinach and make a smoothie. I also have a recipe for Cinnamon-Date French Toast using RAW Manna Bread, so I'm gonna make that this morning. Hopefully it'll turn out great...I'll let you know!!!
