Doing the Best with what I got! :)
Hi All!
Today I made some Suchi from a RAW food book I have! It was AWESOME! I used Jicama instead of Califlower... Here are some photos...
I ate MANY Clementines and Bananas today... Usually when I come in from a flight I'm not too hungry, so the Suchi really hit the spot!!!
Well, so far, so good!!! I'm doing my best to stay as close to 100% RAW as I can...being balanced and reasonable with myself. I really want to take a before/after photo at the end of next month with some significant changes.
Anyway, it feels good to be RAW...
