Today was the next step forwards - towards 100% by the end of the month
Juices and a couple of pieces of fruit til tea time - then for some reason toast. Don't know why
Tomorrow - mostly fruit with a couple of strawberry biscuits I made with some nuts and the pulp from a strawberry and melon juice I had this morning - I have made flax crackers in preparation and the little nibbles I have had so far tells me this batch are every bit as moreish as the last ones.
The current push is mostly weight based I have been losing slowly but know I am still retaining fluid so the little kick should help me shed that - I also his 40 10 days ago - and you know what they say - life begins again and all that :)
