I did a lot of emotional detoxing yesterday after reading Karen Knowler's latest blog.

I've been trying for ages to figure out why I routinely self-sabotage my success. I'm not going to go into details, but I identified a couple of things that happened in the past that I was still holding onto. I realized that I needed to release the grip I had on those experiences in order to be free to move forward. I feel at such peace today!

Here is Karen's coaching tip that I went through in order to accomplish my breakthrough:

Identify one area of your life that you've been repeating a debilitating pattern with.
Once you have identified the "symptom", it's time to look for the cause. What part of you is crying to be healed or heard in order for this "attention-getting" behavior to end? If you rescued or met with that part of you, loved it, hugged it and assured it it was loved and safe and you are 100% committed to healing in this way, how would the resultant peace transform the wounded part of your life? What would the new pattern look like? How would that feel?

That is really deep. I appreciate you sharing this. I sure can see where this can be helpful for myself, also.
Why not share the details? hehehe! I'd be curious to hear your struggles and success!

    Blessings

That makes me a little sad thinking about doing it. Must be something to it. Karen has great ideas and writes beautifully. Thank you.
