My plans to eat raw over the weekend did not happen. I'm dissapointed with myself, but today is a new day and I am doing better.
Foods eaten today:
-2 handfulls of blueberries
-green smoothie: red chard, spinach, bananna
-green smoothie: kale, alfalfa sprouts, bananna
*The soybeans, as an example, might not be 100% raw. I searched to see how they are cultivated and prepard, and even the "raw" ones I bought might have been boiled. I'm still not sure. I'm going to try and not concern myself with these little things. Once I am able to eat raw for any significant amount of time, then maybe I'll start concerning myself with these little details.
