Wed/Day 3
Last night I had a big salad with chard, tomato, and alfalfa sprouts. K is being really supportive about me going raw! He admires my dedication, and promised that he'd stop purpously tempting me with "forbidden" foods. :)
Todays Foods so far:
-4 tangerines
-smoothie: 3 bananas, flax seed
-2 mangos
-avocado
-mung bean sprouts
-edmame soybeans
-smoothie: 2 kale leaves, 2 bananas, cilantro*
-carrots
-sunflower seeds
-2 kiwis
-2 tangerines
*A note on the cilantro... I love cilantro, but it was terrible in the smoothie. I didn't put in too much, but the taste was very overpowering! I love how mild the kale tastes though.
I'm feeling much better today than I have the past two days!
I did notice some bloating around 3pm...it's like I can hear my intestines churning in there.
My face is really breaking out...possibly a detox symptom!
I finally had a semi-normal bm today! I think it was due to the 3 bananas in my morning smoothie. The past two days they were horrid!
I was hoping to weigh myself this morning at the gym, but the scale was broken. It's been over 6 months since I weighed myself, so I wanted to get an accurate starting weight. My guess it that I'm 155-157. By the time I find a scale to weigh myself on, I'll probably have already lost some weight!I'm 5ft 11in, so my ideal weight is probably 140-145...I'm not quite sure. Weight loss isn't the main goal here, but it will be a welcomed side effect!
