As of this Friday, I'm going back to being 100% Raw. It's been a long time since I last wrote an entry in to my journal.

I fell of the raw path last year...and have ballooned up to 268 lbs. I have nearly 100 lbs to lose and I know it won't be easy.

I've been meat free for nearly 3 days. I need to drink more water, since I'm very prone to dehydration.

I'll just keep my diet simple, lots of salads, fruits and vegetables. I won't be eating anything dehydrated, unless I go and buy it from a HFS (health food store, which won't be often).

I also have some mental health issues to deal with and I know that raw will help. I seriously do not want to take medication, because I've seen the side effects and experienced them when I used to take Ritalin.

100% Raw is the way to be. Cooked food doesn't do the body good, only floods it with toxins and other harmful agents.

I care about my health and will do what I must in order to keep my body healthy.
